Alumnae Lead the Charge for Healthy Eating

At the heart of the ShopRite in Parsippany sit two CSE alumnae whose sole mission is to keep you healthy, one food group at a time.

Evelyn Minolfo, '08, '09 and Barbara Galvin, '12, '13, share a dietitian's position dedicated to helping customers deal with their individual dietary challenges, whether that involves gluten-free, diabetes or obesity. Statewide, about 20 alumni work at ShopRites at similar positions.
