Therese earned her degree in Economics, graduating summa cum laude. She also had a deep interest in Music and Foreign Language.

Therese returned to the campus in 1948 to complete her teacher-certification requirements. She then began a 20-year career as a teacher in the Hanover, New Jersey, school system. During that period, Therese initiated and directed the first foreign language program for the junior high schools in that district. She also served as President of Hanover Township's Education Association.

Therese found extensive time for Alumnae work and activities. She served on the Board of Directors of both the local and the national Alumnae Association. She was her Class Representative for 15 years. She served two terms as President of the Morris County Chapter, and one term as its Treasurer.

She received the Mother Xavier Award in 1980. She died on January 27, 1991.
