CSE Ranked Among Top Schools by Washington Monthly


Morristown, N.J. (August 27, 2019) – Once again, the College of Saint Elizabeth ranked among the top schools in the 2019 Washington Monthly listings for "Best Bang for the Buck - Northeast" and "Best Master's Universities".

For 2019, CSE ranked #44 out of 386 four-year colleges and universities on the "Best Bang for the Buck – Northeast", making it the second highest on the list of private schools in New Jersey after Princeton University.

"We are honored to again be recognized by Washington Monthly," said Dr. Helen J. Streubert, president of the College of Saint Elizabeth. "For 120 years, CSE's mission has underscored our belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to earn a college degree that is both affordable and beneficial for career advancement."

The magazine also listed CSE as #108 out of 386 colleges and universities nationwide on its ranking of "Best Master's Universities". The College landed in the number two spot among New Jersey's private colleges and universities.

In August 2019, CSE was again listed on Money magazine's "Best Colleges". Also, in 2019, CSE was the only college in New Jersey to be featured on's "50 Best Online Master of Nutrition Degree Programs!"
