Photo IDs/Parking Decals

Photo IDs

Photo IDs for students, faculty, and staff are produced and issued by the Student Services Office, located on the 2nd floor in Santa Rita Hall. New IDs are issued here as well as replacements for lost and non-working access ID cards.

The ID system takes data from other college systems on campus. This data plus a picture taken at the security office are the components that produce a Photo ID card for students, faculty and staff. A Photo ID can be produced once this data is populated in the ID card system.

For new Photo IDs, we recommend that you call in advance for an appointment and to make certain that all data has been processed in order to print the photo ID when you arrive at our office. It is also suggested that you call in advance to replace a lost or non-working access ID card. Parking decals are also issued from the Student Services Office for students, faculty and staff members.

Please note: students will have $25.00 charged to their account to replace a lost or damaged photo ID for the first replacement card, $35.00 for each additional replacement.

Remember: A photo ID is absolutely required for borrowing from Mahoney Library and/or using inter-library services.

Parking Decals and Vehicle Registration

The Student Services Office issues all parking decals and photo ID cards on campus for students, faculty and staff members.

If you have any questions about the vehicle registration or parking decal process, please stop by the Student Services Office.
