Leadership Development

Leadership Development is at the core of the mission of the College of Saint Elizabeth.

Programs, classes, events and activities are all designed to provide formal leadership development with emphasis on instilling the belief that all students have innate and untapped leadership qualities. While attending the College, students are encouraged to take advantage of the numerous opportunities to practice and develop their leadership qualities.

There are many opportunities for students to develop their leadership skills at the College. Examples of these opportunities are listed below:

• Center for Leadership Development (Women’s College)
• Leadership roles in the Student Government Association and in various clubs and organizations, Academic Honors Societies, Student Advisory Boards, and various campus committees
• Athletics (Women’s College)
• Honors Program (Women’s College)
• Courses with an emphasis on Leadership Theory/Servant Leadership
• Student Employment and Graduate Assistantships
