O’Dell’s hat trick leads to victory over SUNY Cobleskill

COBLESKILL, N.Y. –Screaming Eagles senior Kelly O’Dell single-handedly beat the Fighting Tigers of SUNY Cobleskill in NEAC women’s soccer action on Sunday afternoon.  O’Dell notched a hat trick, scoring all three goals for Saint Elizabeth.

SUNY Cobleskill’s Emily Bannister opened the scoring within the first 10 minutes of the game.  However from that point on, O’Dell (Stewartsville, N.J., Warren High School) took over the game offensively scoring a pair of goals in the first half before adding an insurance goal in the second half to complete the hat trick and secure the victory for the Eagles.

Saint Elizabeth will play at home on Sat. Sept. 15 against NEAC opponent Penn State Abington at Soccer Centers with a 3pm start.
