Fair skies hit the fairways of Cedar Hill Golf and Country Club in Livingston, N.J. on Thursday, July 15, 2010 for the College of Saint Elizabeth (CSE) first annual Golf Outing. The event raised money in support of student scholarships.
Golfers took to the course in a four-person team scramble, enjoying a round of golf at one of the area’s premier courses. In addition, players had the opportunity of winning a host of prizes, including a 2011 Volvo convertible, courtesy of Prestige Volvo of East Hanover, N.J.

“What made the day so memorable was the less than six-degrees of separation of people on the course,” said Golfer Jerry Sullivan, associate director in Project Development Services at Jones Lang LaSalle – a global real estate services firm specializing in commercial property management, leasing, and investment management. “The connections that are made through the College of Saint Elizabeth are amazing and are long-lasting. Everyone here is passionate about other people in helping them reach their upmost potential. It was a great day for CSE.”
"The golf outing is a great way to connect with friends and colleagues at the College," said Keelty, smiling. "It is also an important event to raise money for student scholarship. Golfing 18 holes is simply a bonus."
A networking reception followed the event, along with a buffet dinner and an awards ceremony.
