Morristown, N.J. (July 14, 2016) – The College of Saint Elizabeth announces the appointment of three trustees to its board. Michael J. McGovern, Ed.D., of Easton Pa., began his term on March 1, 2016. Allison M. Adams, D.M.D. of Madison, N.J., and Raymond G. Kunz of Saddle Brook, N.J., began their terms in July 2016.
"We are pleased to welcome these three individuals to the board," says CSE President Dr. Helen J. Streubert. "They bring unique skills that will advance the mission and vision of the College."
McGovern has many years serving higher education in several roles. Beginning as a professor of history and social sciences at Alvernia University in Reading, Pa., he has served colleges, including Northampton Community College, Misericordia University both in Pennsylvania and Mount Saint Vincent in New York. He is a seasoned board member having served with the Rotary, Boy Scouts of America, and Notre Dame High School in Easton, Pa.
Adams is a 1985 graduate of the College and has been active as a mentor for current students. She attended UMDNJ – NJ School of Dentistry and opened her general practice in Madison, N.J., in the early 1990s. She has served on the board of Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child Alumnae Association and on the Madison Chamber of Commerce.
Kunz has been involved with the College of Saint Elizabeth for many years. His background is in commercial real estate and investments. He holds an M.B.A. from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management and served as a board member at the Fairleigh Dickinson University Real Estate Institute and on the Bridge View Bank Advisory Board.
