The Department of Business and Health Administration at the College of Saint Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ is seeking applications for a 9-month position at the Assistant Professor level to begin in the fall of 2018.
Primary responsibilities include teaching graduate courses in Business and Human Resource Management, serving on program and college committees, and academic advising of students. Candidates should also be able to engage students in the field of human resource management through professional organizations and internship experiences. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses in the graduate and undergraduate business programs with particular expertise in courses related to Human Resource Management. Courses are taught on the Morristown, NJ campus and at partner sites.
Candidates must have a strong commitment to teaching. Minimum of an MBA from an AACSB accredited institution of higher education.
Undergraduate and graduate level teaching experience and evidence of engagement in Human Resource Management. Experience in innovative classroom pedagogy, including but not limited to active learning and inquiry based teaching; teaching online or hybrid courses; and accreditation activities. The ability to teach to diverse populations is preferred.
