Office of Financial Aid at the College of Saint Elizabeth
The Financial
Aid Office provides assistance for students, families and
guidance departments throughout the admission process as well
as the student's college years. The staff works with the College's
counselors and academic advisers in the Women's College Admission
Office, and Adult Undergraduate Degree Program and the Graduate
Programs to provide current information about scholarships
and financial aid, as well as the application process. Staff
members regularly conduct financial aid workshops both at
the College and on request at New Jersey high schools. Individual
appointments and phone consultations are also available.
The Financial
Aid Office administers all College of Saint Elizabeth scholarships
and need-based funds as well as all sources of Federal and
State funds. It adheres to all regulations set by the U.S.
Department of Education and the New Jersey Office of Student
Assistance with regard to Federal and State Student Financial
Assistance Programs. Descriptions of these programs are included
in the Financial
Aid Handbook.
Students are urged
to become familiar with their rights
and responsibilities and to adhere to all deadlines related
to the initial application as well as the renewal of their
financial aid. Scholarship recipients are urged to read the
section on Institutional
Aid and to become familiar with the College's academic
requirements for scholarship renewals.
