Media Services Equipment Reservation Policy

Please complete the following form with as much information as is available. Please fill out a separate form for each location of your event.

Note: For technical needs in Dolan Performance Hall, contact the Director of MediaServices at extension 4229. Media Services only supports LCD projectors for the Octagon, the Riordan Board Room and the Dolan Performance Hall. Other Locations should be booked through Academic Computing
