Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership

Job Description

Teaching primarily doctoral level coursework in educational leadership (may include teaching in Masters Program in Educational Leadership as needed) and advising students through the Action Research dissertation process and providing service to the Educational Leadership program and the College.  The successful candidate will value the College of Saint Elizabeth’s mission and demonstrate the College’s commitment to education for social justice. 

Starting Date:  Fall 2013

Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess an earned doctorate (Ed.D. or Ph.D.) from an accredited institution with an emphasis in educational administration, a belief in servant leadership, and a constructivist approach to learning. Successful K-12 and central office experience required and higher education teaching experience preferred.   We invite applicants with knowledge and/or expertise in organizational change, school improvement and reform, and in research design and methodology.
