Overview

The Office of Conference and Event Services of the College of Saint Elizabeth is a full service event planning department which provides an affordable, high quality experience for guests by developing a customized package to meet clients’ specific needs.

Our trained event professionals will serve as your liaisons to the College of Saint Elizabeth Campus Community.  Their detailed knowledge of the variety of facilities and services available on campus and throughout the area will help you discover the many options available for your event.  Leave it to us to plan the logistics for the day, while you concentrate on all the other aspects of your meeting.  This includes, but is not limited to:

• Tours for potential facility use
• Room reservations
• Pricing structure
• Contracts
• Facilities setup
• Welcome participants in your event
• On-site contact
• Account reconciliation and preparation of final invoice

Our office also coordinates all summer programs on campus, as well as, summer intern housing.
