The Web site is an essential source of information and a communication
As a collaborative group, with representation from each division of the College, the Web Committee will develop and implement the strategic Web vision for the College.
The CMS is the system that stores and displays official College of Saint Elizabeth Web content. Management and use of the CMS will comply with all official policies of the College, including but not limited to: discrimination and harassment policies, compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, statutes, and regulations, brand standards, confidentiality of records, positive data security and appropriate use of computing facilities. Each department or office will be responsible for appointing a person(s) who are content contributors/publishers in their select area. Content contributors/publishers are responsible for maintaining department or office Web pages, keeping content up-to-date and following guidelines established by the Web Committee.
Furthermore, content contributors/publishers will establish a process of content review and approval with their respective vice presidents and supervisors before it is published on the live site.

However the College does not accept any responsibility and shall not be liable for the content of those pages which receive off-campus hosting. For those hosted by the College (i.e. student newspaper), a disclaimer may be required.
