Office of Communications & Marketing

Overview

The Office of Communications and Marketing assures that all communications representing the College are accurately well-written, professional, consistent in design, and reflect the mission and values of the College of Saint Elizabeth.

Working with other campus departments, the Office of Communications and Marketing manages the marketing, advertising, and public relations efforts to ensure all external and internal communications support and advance the College's goals in recruitment and advancement efforts. The office handles crisis communications and coordinates, staffs, and supports special events and fundraising initiatives.

The Office of Communications and Marketing assists various departments with the production of a variety of print and electronic publications to reach specific target audiences such as alumnae/i, prospective and current students, parents, friends and staff. Publications include online newsletter, President's Report, invitations, post cards, brochures, direct mail and custom publications.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Advertising (print, broadcast, online, outdoor media)
  • Business cards
  • Fundraising and special event promotional coverage
  • Media relations and publicity (press releases and photo opportunities)
  • Photographic services
  • Publication design, writing, editing and publishing
  • Social and E-marketing networking
  • Special publications (Commencement, Scholarship and Excellence program)
  • Strategic communications planning
