Eileen Sullivan Fell '58 Mother Xavier Award 1997
Eileen, an English major, married the year after her graduation. She and her husband raised nine children. Even so, she has found time over the years to participate in various volunteer activities, among them her membership on Saint Vincent's Hospital Development Committee. Eileen received the College's Mother Xavier Award in 1997. She has been a leader in Catholic Women of Achievement (C.W.A.), and co-chaired the April 1999 C.W.A. luncheon at the Madison Hotel, at which Sister Helen Prejean spoke to a large and enthusiastic audience. Eileen also is Co-Chairperson of the College's Centennial Steering Committee. "CSE provided a great education, but getting in the habit of daily Mass has meant the most to my life."
