CSE Fall Classes Begin Aug. 23, 2008
When fall classes begin at the College of Saint Elizabeth (CSE), on August 23, many students will be logging on to their computers, rather than driving or walking to class.
CSE Faculty Members Present at International Conference at Yad Vashem
Co-directors of the College of Saint Elizabeth (CSE) Holocaust Education Resource Center Dr. Harriet Sepinwall and Sr. Kathleen Flanagan flew to Jerusalem to attend the Sixth Annual International Conference on the Holocaust Education, July 7 – 10, 2008.
Hosted at the International School for Holocaust Studies at Yad Vashem, the Conference welcomed more than 700 educators from 52 countries. This year’s theme center on “Teaching the Shoah: Fighting Racism and Prejudice.”

Faculty Art Exhibition On View at CSE Through August 16, 2008
The College of Saint Elizabeth’s (CSE) first Faculty Art Exhibition is on view now at the Therese A. Maloney Art Gallery in Annunciation Center on the College campus through August 16, 2008. The showing is free and open to the public.

CSE Students Contribute to a Forum on Global Governance at the U.N.
Two College of Saint Elizabeth (CSE) students were among 300 students selected from across the world to participate in a Global Governance Forum (Forum) at the United Nations (UN) in New York last April 23-25, 2008. International Studies students Heysell Brenes, ’09, of Jersey City, and Geralda Vastey, ’10, of Orange, were chosen to attend the Forum after a highly competitive international selection process.
CSE Representatives Travel to Dominican Republic in Spirit of Social Service
Off-site programs at the College of Saint Elizabeth (CSE), extend not only beyond Morris County, New Jersey, but beyond the United States. Students, faculty and volunteers annually depart on learning missions around the globe. The most recent was to the Dominican Republic, where 47 volunteers spent an intensive week concentrating on physical and mental health care in rural areas of that nation.
