Valerie Lasko is a Liberal Arts major who grew up in Bound Brook, NJ. She is the daughter of Barbara and Lawrence Lasko and has two siblings, Paul and Andrew. She is a 2011 graduate of Bound Brook High School where she played three sports, soccer, basketball and softball. She was a four year varsity member for soccer and was selected on the First Team All-Conference. She was a three year varsity member for softball and received Second Team All-Conference honors. Lasko was also a three year varsity member for basketball and was in the top 20 for scoring in the conference. She received First Team All-Conference for basketball. Lasko has also been named Player of the Week for the Screaming Eagles.

Kelly O’Dell is a returning soccer and softball player. She is the captain of the soccer team and will participate in basketball this year. She is a Criminal Justice and Psychology major, minoring in Biology. O’Dell is from Stewartville, New Jersey and is the daughter of Carolynn Vogel and has three siblings, Carrie, Rusty, and Mike. She is a 2009 graduate from Warren Hills Regional High School where she was a MVP for basketball twice, and MVP for soccer. She also received Defensive Player of the Year award for basketball, Hustle Award for soccer, was First Team All Conference for soccer and softball, Second Team All Conference for basketball. O’Dell was captain of all three sports and was also named to the Tournament Team for three consecutive years. She received the Scholar-Athlete Award and was nominated for Female Athlete of the Year for Warren County. She was a part of the National Honors Society, Best Buddies, Yearbook, Junior and Senior Executive Committee, and Secretary of Key Club. She is a transfer student from Centenary College where she was named to the All Academic Team for basketball. She has been on the Dean’s list every semester and at CSE was MVP for softball in 2011. O’Dell is also SAAC President and a member of the Justice Studies club.
