Sally Cleary to Join College of Saint Elizabeth as Vice President of Institutional Advancement

Morristown, N.J. (July 9, 2014) – Sally Cleary of High Bridge, N.J., will join the College of Saint Elizabeth on July 14th as the Vice President of Institutional Advancement. Cleary has a 15+ year career in fundraising and development that crosses social services, higher education and healthcare.

For the past eight years, she has served the Hunterdon Medical Center Foundation of Hunterdon Healthcare as Director of Fund Development where she has played a key role in the successful completion of a $15 million capital campaign to expand Hunterdon's cancer center, surgical suite and cardiovascular services program.

"We welcome Sally to our leadership team," said President Helen J. Streubert. "Her background and credentials are impressive, and will serve this institution well as we plan for the future."

Prior to Hunterdon Healthcare, Cleary spent 7+ years at Centenary College as Associate Vice President of College Relations and Director, Capital Campaign. During two successive capital campaigns at Centenary, she helped raise funds needed to transform Centenary's campus; renovating the College's historic administration building, athletic center and several campus residence halls, as well as the construction of a new technology center, equestrian riding arena, and student and performing arts center.

In her early development career, Cleary worked as Communications Director for National Interfaith Hospitality Network (now Family Promise) in Summit. Prior to that, she worked as a human resources professional on Wall Street.

Cleary is a C.F.R.E. (Certified Fundraising Executive) and holds a Bachelor's in Professional Studies from Pace University and an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City.
