Head Coach

Susan McGrath


Susan McGrath is in her 1st season as head coach for the Screaming Eagles. Susan was an assistant coach for the Eagles in 2013. She previously was the coach for Academy of St Elizabeth from 2010-12. Prior to that, Susan was the coach at Sparta High School where she won Coach of the Year in 2005. McGrath was also a coach for 2 years for the USA Volleyball High Performance Tryout.

McGrath graduated from Iona College with a BBA in Accounting. She also received her Master's Degree from Iona College in Education Technology. Susan is currently a math teacher at Lafayette Township Elementary School. She has 2 kids, Kathleen, a student at Rutgers, and RJ, a student at the County College of Morris.

Assistant Coach

Kelly O'Dell


Kelly O'Dell is in her first season as assistant volleyball, basketball, and softball coach. O'Dell is a 2013 graduate from CSE in Justice Studies. She also has her Masters from CSE in Justice Administration & Public Service. Previously, O'Dell was the head 7th and 8th grade basketball coach at Warren Hills Middle School.

O'Dell was a standout soccer, basketball, softball, cross country, and lacrosse player at CSE. She was the NJAIAW Woman of the Year for 2012-13, NEAC Scholar Athlete, CSE Athlete of the Year in 2012-13 and 2013-14, and CSE Screaming Eagle Award in 2011-12. She was also captain of the soccer, basketball, softball, and cross country teams. Kelly was the 2013 NCAA Division III Statistical Champion for steals per game. O'Dell currently resides in Phillipsburg, N.J.
