Ashley Cappiello is serving as the Head Cross Country Coach and Assistant Tennis Coach at the College of Saint Elizabeth. She began coaching the Screaming Eagles softball team in 2011, and has had the good fortune to take on a new role leading the Tennis and Cross Country Teams. Cappiello is a graduate of the University of Scranton, where she received her B.A. degree in English and a Concentration in Women Studies. She pursued her passion for athletics at The University of Scranton, where she played club rugby, women’s crew, and recreational tennis. Cappiello also played varsity softball, soccer, and indoor track and field at Saint Dominic Academy in Jersey City; where she was an all-county athlete for softball, soccer, the 55m and high jump.
