Charles Spinelli is the head coach for the Screaming Eagles women’s lacrosse team. Spinelli is a 1989 graduate of Fordham University Law School with his juris doctorate in corporate law. Spinelli also received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University College of Business. During his time as an undergraduate, Spinelli was a four year starter in football and three year starter in lacrosse. In football, he was the most valuable player and a two year captain. In lacrosse, he was a conference all-star. Spinelli was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at Fordham University.
Spinelli is the founder of Gemini Lacrosse where the main focus is women’s lacrosse with a focus on individual specialty training. He also coached the Tri-State Lacrosse Club and clinic coach for high school players. He also volunteered his time with Chatham Recreation where he coached elementary girls’ soccer and lacrosse.
He is currently the President of the Fairmount Agency, Inc. and lives in Chatham, New Jersey with his wife and three daughters.

Assistant Coach
Aileen Musynske

Aileen Musynske is the assistant lacrosse coach for the Screaming Eagles. She is a recent graduate of Drew University (’12) with a degree in English. She also received a minor from the College of Saint Elizabeth in Secondary and Special Education. Prior to Saint Elizabeth, Musynske was an instructor and coach for Building Blocks Lacrosse and Goal Guardians. She was also a coach for the Top Side Lady Snipers during the summer in New York. As a four year varsity letter winner for women’s lacrosse at Drew, Musynske reached the NCAA tournament twice. She made the Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll for three straight years and the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor Roll for two years. In the spring of 2012, she made First Team All-Conference and in 2011 made the Second Team All-Conference.
Musynske is currently a Middle School Language Arts teacher and resides in New Providence, New Jersey.
