Prospective students must submit the following to the Office of Admission:

- Completed application with a non-refundable $35 application fee.

- Official undergraduate (and, if applicable, graduate) transcripts from all prior secondary institutions.

- Personal statement of your interest in further study (part of application).
- 4
- Two letters of reference from persons familiar with your educational background and/or work performance.
- 5
- Some programs also require additional documents or certifications for admission.
The College strongly encourages you to call the Office of Admission to arrange to meet with an admission counselor and to tour the campus.
Generally, a personal interview will be required. For out-of-state students, a telephone interview may be substituted.
How to Apply:
International graduate students must meet the same criteria and follow the same application process as domestic students.In addition, the following documents must be received before admission is considered:

- A course-by-course evaluation of all post-secondary coursework by World Education Services.

- Graduate students whose native language is not English must submit certification of English proficiency. This requirement is waived for students who have received a baccalaureate or master's degree from a regionally accredited American college or university.

- An original copy of your test score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), taken within the past two years.
- 4
- Documented evidence of financial resources to sufficiently support the student through t he completion of degree requirements.

- Documentation of acceptable insurance coverage against illness and accidents. This health and accident coverage must be maintained throughout the student's enrollment at the College.

- A personal statement indicating the reason for pursuing this academic program at this time.
How to Apply:
Your completed application packet must be postmarked by February 16, 2010 for April notification of an August 2010 appointment. Please read all application materials thoroughly and submit to the Director, Dietetic Internship Program.
Steps

- Completed Dietetic Internship Application form (must be typed).
- 2
- Official transcripts of credits from all colleges and universities attended (including individual courses). Transcripts may be sent directly from the institution to the CSE Director or enclosed in a sealed envelope from the institution or DPD Director, and sent with the complete application packet. Please Note: "Student issued" transcripts are not acceptable.

- Three completed Recommendation Forms. Recommendation forms must be in individual, sealed envelopes with the signature of sender across the sealed flap (read Program Application Instructions).

- Narrative Statement (read Program Application Instructions).

- Resume.

- One original and signed copy of the Didactic Program in Dietetics approval sheet. This form may be either "Declaration of Intent to Complete Degree" or "Verification Statement."
- 7
- Application fee of $50.00 (nonrefundable) made payable to the College of Saint Elizabeth.
