Dietetic Internship - Application Instructions
The College of Saint Elizabeth's Dietetic Internship Program is a combined M.S. in Nutrition/Dietetic Internship Program that participates in the Dietetic Internship Centralized Application System (DICAS).
The program also participates in the D&D Digital computer match process for the April match date.
Applicants to the Dietetic Internship Program are therefore applying to both the Dietetic Internship Program and the M.S. in Nutrition. Applicants matched to the Combined M.S. in Nutrition/Dietetic Internship will complete additional college application requirements upon acceptance of the position in the program.
Three-Step Application Process
Step One: Dietetic Internship Centralized Application System (DICAS)
The program is using the online centralized internship application, DICAS, which may be accessed at https://portal.dicas.org; email DICASinfo@DICAS.org.
The online application must be completed for our program by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on February 15, 2019. Applicants are responsible for any fees charged by DICAS.

This will trigger an email message requesting completion of a reference form. The form will be completed online. Students must choose which letters are sent to which internship sites.

Program Openings and Second Round Match
In the event that we do not match a full class during the D&D Digital Matching Process in April, we will offer open positions to those who have already applied to the combined MS/DI Program at the College. Open positions are offered to unmatched students in rank order based on the Selection Committee's ranking.
If open positions still exist after this process, the program will follow the second round match process and accept new applications. Contact the DI Director regarding the possibility of openings. At that time, you may submit an application through DICAS. Telephone interviews will be arranged and a $60 application fee payable to the College of Saint Elizabeth should be send to Elizabeth Groothius, Foods and Nutrition, Henderson Hall, College of Saint Elizabeth, 2 Convent Road, Morristown, NJ 07960.
Openings may occur after these processes as a result of matched/accepted students dropping out of the program. In this event, the program faculty will give priority acceptance to qualified College of Saint Elizabeth students and then additional applicants.
