Fairleigh Dickinson University shares an online catalog with the College of Saint Elizabeth. Borrowing requests can be initiated through the catalog and books can be picked up at CSE or checked out in person at FDU.
Fairleigh Dickinson's College at Florham Library is a short trip from the College of Saint Elizabeth. To walk to the library, you can go to the back of the parking lot that adjoins O'Connor dormitory and take the black asphalt path that leads through a chain-link fence into the FDU parking lot.
Cut across the parking lot and head toward the Ferguson Recreation Center. Follow the building around to the right (or to the left) until you come to an open vista. Take the walkway that leads to the right of the bronze statue of the kneeling archer. This leads diagonally across campus. Go down the open steps that lead across a roadway, making sure that you look to the left to see the former Vanderbilt-Twombly mansion.
Then look ahead for a high dark brick wall slightly to your right and the building next to it. Bear slightly to the right for the library entrance.
To drive the 1.6 miles from CSE, exit the campus via Convent Road. Turn left onto Madison Ave (Rt. 124) and watch for the FDU campus entrance on the left. Once on the campus, take a right at the first stop sign and a left at the next stop sign. Turn left in front of the large library sign. Steps to the library's entrance are at the far end of the parking lot.
Drew University, is located a little over two miles from the College of Saint Elizabeth, on the right hand side of the road. From the main entrance of the College of Saint Elizabeth, make a left onto Madison Ave. (Rt. 124). Go to the 3rd traffic light at Lancaster Road and turn right onto the Drew campus. Proceed ahead to the long parking lot. The library is located next to Mead Hall, the historical Greek revival mansion at the front of the campus.
The County College of Morris is located approximately 14 miles from the College of Saint Elizabeth, in Randolph, NJ. Exit St. E's via Convent Road. Turn right onto Madison Ave. (Rt. 124) and continue past the Morristown Memorial Hospital. Bear right to merge onto I-287 North. Take exit 39 to merge onto Route 10 West, towards Dover. Follow Rt. 10 for approximately 8 miles. Turn left onto Center Grove Road. Turn right onto College Ave. to enter campus, and continue to parking lots. The library is located at the center of campus.
