Business Administration

Mission

The mission of the Business Administration Program is to promote a community of learning in which our students grow to become individuals who recognize and effectively work within the diverse cultures and demographics that comprise our current business environment.  Through interactive coursework and collaborative dialog, reflective journals, case studies, research and presentations, students in the Business Administration Program are personally and professionally prepared to work effectively in corporate, non-profit, not-for-profit, or small business settings.  Students are prepared to study business administration at the graduate level and are prepared to handle challenging ethical situations with understanding and respect for all members of our diverse society.

    Did You Know...

    • Dr. Jonathan Silver is moderating discussion groups of small and medium-sized business owners concerning their attitudes, opinions and beliefs about energy efficiency improvements in order to help a major electric utility increase participation in its energy efficiency and conservation programs.
    • Dr. Jacqueline McGlade is continuing her practice of being a lifelong learner and is currently working on an MBA as well as pursuing her certification in Project Management.
    • Dr. Kathy Reddick has been involved with helping the Morris County Society for Human Resources  Management develop a mentoring program for CSE college students looking to focus on Human Resources Management as a career choice.
    • Dr. Michael Renahan has recently been involved in teaching Essentials of Effective Supervision to midlevel and senior organizational leaders as well as serving on the Business Administration Advisory group to the County College of Morris serving on the Sussex County Career and Technical Advisory Board.
    • Professor Anne Marie Jarka-Hajjar, a Marketing Consultant and Instructor in the Business Administration Program, is taking Project BEAD, a CSE initiative to educate, enlighten, and empower women, global - working with women in the USA, Dominican Republic, and Ireland.
    • Professor Wendy Hahn,  is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of NJ and enjoys advising, mentoring and teaching the College's Freshmen in the new integrated General Education framework
