
Dietetic Interns, Annie Sangenario, Alyssa Baldino and Veronica Gajda at the Nutrition Fair to kick-off the opening of the Center for Nutrition. They provided ideas for healthy eating on the go and on campus. Students were able to prepare their own healthy snack pack with a variety of nuts, dried fruits, grains and even a little chocolate!

The Center for Nutrition is an outreach and training component of the Dietetic Internship Program. Dietetic Interns will provide the Nutrition Counseling services under the supervision of Kathy Roberts, MS, RD, CDE, a Clinical Coordinator for the Dietetic Internship.
Nutrition counseling services are available free of cost to students, faculty and staff at the College of Saint Elizabeth.

Dietetic Interns in the Food and Nutrition Business and Communications Concentration created a consumer friendly recipe booklet featuring their own food photography, favorite recipes and nutrition articles as part of the Media unit.
