Overview

Flowing from the mission of the College of Saint Elizabeth, the mission of the Political Science Minor Program is to provide students with the critical knowledge in this subject's principal areas, including American politics and government, international relations, comparative politics, political theory, and public policy and administration.

Minor in Political Science

The Political Science Minor is offered administratively through the History Department. This Minor is a finely focused program of courses and co-curricular activities designed to acquaint students with the essential aspects of this subject. The student who obtains a Minor in Political Science acquires invaluable knowledge about politics and public policy in the United States and elsewhere, from theoretical and behavioral perspectives. The Political Science Minor provides excellent preparation for careers in law, government service and public policy involvement, and business.
