H1N1 Information

As we begin the new academic year, we continue to hear news about the H1N1 virus. The College of Saint Elizabeth encourages all members of our community to take active steps to avoid infection. These steps include frequent hand-washing, covering coughs and sneezes with a tissue or your elbow/shoulder, avoiding contact with people who are ill, and staying home if you are sick. If you are feeling unwell, please err on the side of caution and stay home, for your own sake and to minimize the likelihood of transmitting the virus to others on campus. If you have questions regarding the flu, please contact your family physician or, if you are a CSE student, make an appointment with CSE Health Services.

To learn more about H1N1, including symptoms and the developing vaccine, please visit the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Please know that the health and well being of our community is a primary concern. Together, we can minimize the effect of the H1N1.
