Center for Theological and Spiritual Development presents
The Annual Pastoral Conference Day:
God’s Story, Our Story in the Feast of Life
Saturday, November 5, 2011 9am-3pm
Annunciation Center, College of Saint Elizabeth
The US Bishops document Called and Gifted: The American Catholic Laity and the follow-up Called and Gifted for the Third Millennium outline the four calls of discipleship: holiness, community, mission and ministry, Christian maturity. They put into words the great power we all have as disciples in Christ – and the great responsibility to be singers in the great song of the feast called life in Christ.
How can we, the body of Christ, continue to sing this song in difficult times?
Let us gather together on November 5th to re-member the song of the called and gifted and explore with master teachers and one another how we shall sing that song in these times, for our sake and the sake of generations to come.
